This is the album I've wanted to make since I was 13-years-old hearing Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard on the radio for the first time and immediately knowing that I wanted to make music.

For me, Happy Tears is about learning how to love yourself by surrounding yourself with people who love you back, accepting all the hurt that it took you to get to this point in your life, being excited for the all the future still has to offer, and crying happy tears at the thought.

Should you choose to listen to it, I ask that you take a deep breath. Think about all the people that are important to you and all the places you'd love to go someday, and carry them with you in your heart. Take another deep breathe. Let yourself be happy.
